All you need to know ahead of our trip to Wembley

We are pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Vertu Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 12th April, 3pm kick-off.

Following the semi-final victory over Northampton Town, the Hatters face Stockport County in a bid to win this year’s version of the competition we famously won in the 2008/09 season.

The Town will be allocated an initial 25,340, to a maximum of 36,799 general admission tickets for the East side of Wembley, which is the same side we were allocated for the 2023 play-off final. Tickets will be sold from the North Stand round to the South Stand.

To ensure a speedy ticket buying process, supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly, as many questions are answered in the following text.

Pricing at Wembley Stadium is split into 6 categories and there are 4 price bands.

  • Adults

  • Concessions over 65

  • Young Adults (17-21)

  • Children aged 16 and under

All supporters are reminded that they will require an LTFC Club Account to be able to purchase tickets.

Many supporters already have this, but we still have almost 10% of our season card holders who do not, so to ensure that you do not miss out on your priority window, please create an LTFC Club Account following the instructions in the link below:

Please create your LTFC Club Account with the same email address that is attached to your Ticketmaster Client Reference. Once your account is created, visit eticketing.co.uk/Lutontown to link your LTFC Club Account to your Client Reference.

Prices

Cat 1 - £60 Adults, £45 Young Adult, £30 Conc Over 65.

Cat 2 - £48 Adults, £36 Young Adult, £24 Conc Over 65.

Cat 3 - £42 Adults, £31.50 Young Adult, £21 Conc Over 65.

Cat 4 - £36 Adults, £27 Young Adult, £18 Conc Over 65.

Cat 5 - £28 Adults, £21 Young Adult, £14 Conc Over 65.

Cat 6 - £20 Adults, £15 Young Adult, £10 Conc Over 65.

£10 tickets are available for all Juniors aged 16 years and under.

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Due to the large volume of tickets needed to be sold and dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL, the club will be using Ticketmaster to sell Vertu Trophy final tickets. They have many years of experience in selling tickets for large venues such as Wembley Stadium in a short space of time.

How To Buy

Tickets will not be available in person at the Luton Town ticket office; they will only be available online at www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown. You will need to log into your LTFC+ Account, the same as you would for purchasing normal matchday tickets, all tickets will be digital tickets.

Best Way To Book

Due to anticipated demand the Club and Ticketmaster advise no tickets will be sold directly from the Ticket Office.

Each Supporter can purchase 4 tickets per account. If networked to other supporters you will be able to purchase up to 9 in one transaction.

When To Buy

Detail priority and order of sales:

Ticket sales will be split into separate periods of sale.

Period 1: Diamond and Executive Season Ticket Holders

Tickets on sale from 10am Tuesday 10th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 2: All Season Ticket Holders

Tickets on sale from 10am Friday 13th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 3: 4-year Club Members

Tickets on sale from 10am Tuesday 17th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 4: 3-year Club Members

Tickets on sale from 11am Tuesday 17th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 5: 2-year Club Members

Tickets on sale from 1pm Tuesday 17th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 6: 1 year Club Members

Tickets on sale from 2pm Tuesday 17th March

Supporters can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

Period 7: General Sale

Tickets on sale from 10am Wednesday 18th March

Supporters with any previous LTFC purchase history prior to 4th March 2026 can purchase up to a maximum of four tickets (maximum 9 per basket using multiple client reference numbers and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their account limit).

*Please note, general sale is subject to EFL/WNSL (Wembley National Stadium Limited) approval.

Disabled Tickets

There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available.

These are sold under the same periods of sale noted above to request a booking please email disabilityliaison@lutontown.co.uk (proof of DLA or PIP will be required if not already held by the club for this season), please only email within your relevant sales period, anyone emailing before will not receive a response.

EFL regulations and Luton Town Football Club terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32.

Important Information

Should you have any problems accessing your LTFC Club account please phone Luton Town Football Club on 01582 411 622 (option 1) or email digital.support@lutontown.co.uk for assistance. Client Reference numbers are displayed on Season Tickets and Match Day tickets, so please check before calling.

Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 865 seats (Blocks 105 to 108 in the East Side) as a Family Area for Luton Town supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than 4 adult for 1 child, at a maximum of 4 children for every adult ticket.

Singing Area – Luton Town recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 111 to Block 112.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. As of the 2025-26 season, there is also approximately 5,000 seats at the back of Level 5 in both ends. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.

Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold and a £1.25 for digital delivery per transaction.

13 Years and Under – All children aged 13 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access into the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd Flags & Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take large flags* or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/tickets/new to request permission.

*Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium should the following guidelines be followed:

  • The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point.

  • The flag does not have an attached flagpole.

  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.

  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag.

  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to bring a musical instrument into the Stadium must obtain permission by providing the following details to the Finalist Club:

  • Player’s name

  • Instrument type

  • Player’s contact details

  • Picture of the instrument

  • Seat details & turnstile for entry

  • Arrival time at the turnstile

The Club must have knowledge of the player, and they should be a regular attendee of Club matches. The Club, the EFL & WNSL will all need to authorise the musical instrument before it can be brought into the Stadium. Ideally the player of the instrument should be situated in the middle of the back row of blocks 111, 112, 133 or 134. Please note that these blocks are standing areas. Separate guidelines are available upon request.

Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags. For more information, please contact Lisa McEvoy (lisa.mcevoy@lutontown.co.uk) at the Club.

Official Coaches – Official coach travel is available from Bobbers Travel Club, and will be available to purchase though the ticket office and further details of departure points and prices will be advised shortly. Please only make your coach travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket, nor does it include a ticket within the price.

Travel – Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination with limited on-site parking. The stadium is well served by national and local rail networks.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £25 per car. Blue badge parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Hospitality – There are a number of packages available to purchase for hospitality at Wembley Stadium. These packages comprise a premium match ticket, three course plated menu, inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match and at half time, a cash bar for one-hour post-match and a match day programme. Packages are priced at £359 per person inc. VAT with discounted prices for children. No Resale of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
