The Town will face Dutch top-flight side Go Ahead Eagles at Kenilworth Road in preparation for the 2026/27 season.
The pre-season friendly will be played on Sunday 2nd August and kick-off at 1pm.
Based in the city of Deventer, with two games to play in their league season, Go Ahead lie in 11th place in the Netherlands’ top division and last term won the Dutch equivalent of the FA Cup for the first time in their history.
That meant they competed in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League earlier in the campaign, during which the Eagles earned a superb 2-1 victory over Aston Villa.
The last time a Dutch side visited Kenilworth Road came in July 2004 when the Hatters lost 4-0 to an Ajax side featuring Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rafael van der Vaart.
Ticket information and pricing for this friendly will be released in due course.
