The Easter football is round the corner but before we get to that, it is time to see how our loan stars are getting on during the international break

Cauley Woodrow got a goal and an assist as Wycombe hammered bottom of the table Port Vale 4-0 as the Chairboys hope to be in the play offs come the end of the season. In the same game, Ethon Archer started for the visitors and got 70 minutes.

Reuell Walters got 60 minutes off the bench for Blackpool and helped them keep a clean sheet over Burton Albion.

Joe Gbode started successive games for Woking as they were narrowly defeated by a promotion chasing York City before drawing 1-1 with an Altrincham side that finished the game with nine men in the Cards’ final game before new manager Jermain Defoe takes over.

Zack Nelson got a start against The Hatters’ Vertu Trophy opponents Stockport, but AFC Wimbledon were beaten 3-0.

In terms of the academy boys, Jayden Luker made his first appearance for Notts County since the 30th September after a lengthy injury lay off as the Magpies ran out 2-0 winners against League Two basement club Harrogate Town.

Oli Lynch started and finished the full 90 minutes for Tamworth against Forest Green before having to be withdrawn against Brackley.

Jack Lorentzen-Jones came off the bench for Hemel Hempstead, but the Tudors ended up losing 2-1 to the league leaders of National League South Dorking Wanderers.

After having his loan at Welling extended until the end of the season, Vlad Paternoster came off the bench for the Wings as the drew with Wingate and Finchley 1-1.

Like Vlad, goalkeeper Lucas Thomas’ loan at Gosport Borough now runs until the end of the season but in his first game since the extension was confirmed, Gosport lost 2-1 against Berkhamsted.

Kai Source came off the bench early for St Ives and ended up playing 69 minutes as The Saints lost 4-3 against Stourbridge.
