Northern Ireland youth international Dylan Stitt has joined National League South promotion-chasers Hemel Hempstead Town on a one-month youth loan.

The all-action midfielder, 18, joined the Town from Linfield as a first-year scholar in the summer of 2023 and was part of Joe Deeney's EFL Youth Alliance and PDL Cup double-winning youth team last season.

After featuring for the first-team in a friendly against NK Triglav Kranj on the pre-season trip to Slovenia, the Belfast-born player has become a mainstay of the Under-21 squad this season in the Premier League Cup and Beds Senior Cup competitions.

Capped by his country at U17, 18 and 19 levels, this is Dylan's first loan and everyone wishes him well alongside fellow Hatter Jack Lorentzen-Jones in his time with the Tudors.

It starts with a home game against Tonbridge Angels tomorrow at Vauxhall Road, which is a 3pm kick-off for any local fans not travelling to Port Vale who want to support our boys at Step 2.
