Hatters defender Christ Makosso will serve a three-match suspension after admitting an FA charge of violent conduct during Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture at Peterborough.

The Congolese centre-back was charged following a 76th-minute incident that was not seen by the match officials at the Weston Homes Stadium, but was caught on camera.

He will miss tonight’s Carabao Cup first round tie at Coventry and the league games against Bradford City and Wigan Athletic.
